We regularly counsel clients on their rights and duties under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Ohio Minimum Fair Wage Standards Act (Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4111).
Unemployment Benefits
We regularly represent employees who were laid off or terminated through no fault of their own in unemployment hearings before the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission (UCRC).
