Bethany is an Associate Attorney with Employment Law Partners, where she represents employees in a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, reasonable accommodations, and other workplace issues. She is dedicated to helping workers navigate complex legal issues and obtain fair and meaningful resolutions.
Bethany brings a unique multidisciplinary background to her practice, combining experience in law, public policy, advocacy, and social work. Throughout her career, she has advised organizations on governance, compliance, workplace policies, strategic planning, and conflict resolution while also advocating for systemic change through advocacy, policy development, research, and community engagement.
Education & Credentials
Bethany earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law. She also holds a Master of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Akron.
In addition to being a licensed attorney in Ohio, Bethany is also a licensed social worker. Her combined legal and social work training provides a distinctive perspective that emphasizes advocacy, problem-solving, and client-centered representation.
